The Navan Centre and Fort

Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council’s Navan Centre and Fort is a hugely significant heritage site, nominated for recognition as part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site through the Royal Sites of Ireland transnational submission. The range of learning programmes is extensive and the different aspects are conceived and delivered in engaging and motivational ways. Feedback evaluations from schools and visitors in their hundreds rarely dip below the ‘excellent’ category. A visit is an absolute joy for those with or without an existing interest in history and heritage in the United Kingdom.
